Day 27 – Half way there!

Today I ran 2.25 miles. Outside. Without stopping.  Woohoo!

2.25 miles = 24:52

I am very pleased with this time because I still have 26 days until my first 5k.  In the first 26 days I went from struggling to finish one mile to now finishing 2.25 with very little struggle.  My goal for the 5K at the moment is 36 minutes and if I feel like I need to change that as time goes I will.  I don’t know what the course is like for the race so I will have to look into that as well. For now though, I’m excited with today’s success!

Day 27 advice: Keep pushing, you WILL see results!
